Purchsing your ticket for The Ed Sawyer Fundraiser Ball is a two step process:

 

STEP 1 – Paying for your ticket

Tickets are £45 each and can be paid for in one of three ways:

  

1) Bank Transfer

  • Bank transfers can be made directly to the ‘Ed Sawyer Fundraiser’ Bank Account.
  • Please instruct your bank to make a payment to the following HSBC account:

Sort Code: 40-06-15

Account Number: 61551841

  • When prompted to specify a ‘reference’ or ‘description' for the payment, please use the name of the person for whom the ticket is intended.  For multiple tickets, please specify all party names.
  • If purchasing raffle tickets, please specify the quantity paid for in the 'payment description' section after the relevant party, i.e. Andrew Jones + 10 raffle.
  • Raffle tickets are priced at £1 per ticket; please adjust the total payable accordingly.
  • Raffle tickets will also be available to buy from the ‘Welcome Table’ on arrival at the venue.

2) Online

  • Tickets can be purchased online via www.wegottickets.com, by searching for the 'Ed Sawyer Fundraiser Ball' and following the online instructions.
  • Please note that wegottickets charge an additional booking fee.

STEP 2 – Guest List and Table Plans

Having paid for your ticket in one of the three ways listed above, please e-mail edsawyerfundraiser@hotmail.co.uk,

stating:

  • Your contact details – name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
  • Number of Ball and raffle tickets purchased and payment method. 
  • If purchasing tickets on behalf of others, please provide contact details of all party members and clear instructions as to where tickets are to be sent.
  • Any dietary requirements and wine preferences.
  • The names of the other members of your party (see below).

Seating Arrangements

Seating for dinner will be organised in tables of 10.  Guests can either:

  • Stipulate a table name or a particular epoch or interest from Edward’s life, such as ‘School’, ‘University’ or ‘The Courier’.  The Committee will then seat guests within these groups.
  • Organise themselves into groups of 4, 6 and 10.

Once you have purchased your ticket, please e-mail edsawyerfundraiser@hotmail.co.uk, stating your seating arrangements.

 

Sponsorship and Donations 

Monetary contributions can be made by cheque or bank transfer, according to the payment instructions shown above.  If you are interested in sponsoring an aspect of the event or donating a prize to the raffle or auction, please contact our Fundraising Co-ordinator, Louise Gallagher, at edsawyerfundraiser@hotmail.co.uk
